Florida Department of Transportation Guidance for Producing a Transit Development Plan, 2008. Guidance to assist Florida transit properties in the preparation of Transit Development Plans as required by Chapter 14-73 in accordance with Sections 339.135 and 339.155 of Florida Statutes, including numerous updates that incorporate rule changes that were adopted in February 2007.

Assists small local governments in developing short-range and long-range transportation plans to assist in updating their local government comprehensive plans and concurrency management systems to meet the requirements of the 2005 Growth Management Legislation.
