LICENSE AGREEMENT

  1. The contents of the CD are proprietary and copyrighted. All rights are reserved by Teach America.
  2. By this agreement, Teach America grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the images on the CD for your students to learn the information included. The images can be modified and used in lectures and handouts given to students. Images posted on university websites must give credit to Teach America.
  3. You may not use any image or any portion thereof for any purpose other than those specifically enumerated in Paragraph 2 above. Additionally, you may not:
    1. Loan, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer the right to use the CD to any other person or entity.
    2. Simultaneously use the CD or the images on more than one computer at a time.
  4. You agree to indemnify and hold Teach America harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the CD other than the permitted uses specified in this agreement.
  5. The CD and the materials contained in the CD are provided “AS IS.” Teach America makes no warranty, either express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Neither Teach America nor any of its directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the CD. You may have additional rights under some state laws.

All rights in and title to this disc and the images on the disc are owned by Teach America and protected by copyright laws. No title to or intellectual property rights in the images are transferred to you.
